This program combines mindfulness, body awareness, emotional processing, and nervous system education to support sustainable inner change and a more grounded way of living.

What This Program Offers

Throughout the program, you will develop a deeper understanding of your internal world, your stress responses, emotional patterns, and the connection between the mind and body. Each week combines education, practical tools, guided practices, and ongoing support to help you apply the work in your everyday life.

The practices themselves are simple, yet their impact can be profound. Through consistent practice over 8 weeks, you'll begin to better understand your stress patterns, emotional responses, and habitual ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.

Combined with weekly personalised support, this program bridges the gap between understanding and integration—helping you apply these tools not only during our sessions, but in your everyday life.

    This includes:

    • Eight weekly 1:1 zoom sessions (60 minutes)

    • Guided meditation recordings

    • Weekly integration practices

    • Journaling and reflection exercises

    • Ongoing support throughout the 8 weeks

  • The first intake is intentionally limited to four participants to ensure each person receives the support and attention this work deserves.
