Retreat Coordination

For those who need everything organised, without on-site hosting.

I handle all retreat planning in the months leading up to your retreat — sourcing accommodation, coordinating food and chefs, organising transportation, booking facilitators and experiences, and creating your full retreat schedule and flow. You receive a fully prepared retreat, ready for you to host.

Full Retreat Curation & Hosting

For a completely held retreat experience, start to finish.

This includes full retreat planning plus on-the-ground hosting during your retreat. Management of all vendors, guest needs, timing, and daily flow so you can focus on teaching, connecting, and holding the space. Every detail is taken care of to ensure a seamless and supportive retreat.

Private Retreat Design

For individuals, couples, or small groups wanting a personalised retreat.


Customised retreat experience tailored to your intentions — relaxed, transformational, adventurous, or restorative. Includes accommodation sourcing, schedule design, curated activities (breathwork, rituals, wellness sessions, excursions), and optional hosting support.
